Do not wash off greasy spots with water. Try to wipe them off the leather surface using soft dry fabric. Use special cleaning products designed for this type of the leather. The composition of the leather and suede products is not identical. It is important to choose the proper product for the care of the bag. The cleaning product always must be tested before using it. It can be done on the inside of the bag where no one can see the result.

Do not use softening products and shoes cleaners for cleaning. With 99.9% probability using such products can damage the leather. The bag cannot be dried with a hairdryer.

Try not to carry the light color bag with the dark clothes. The pigments used as colorants in the clothes production can leave spots on the bag surface. It may be difficult to remove them even for professionals. Do not touch the bag after using hand cream.

Protect leather goods from excessive moisture. It is important to know that when the skin is wet or heated for a long time (above 45 ° C), as well as at a relative air humidity of more than 65%, the dye can migrate from the skin of any type to the clothes, and as a result, it can be stained.

Store the bag in a bag case. Do not leave the bag in direct sunlight. The sunlight can be the reason for color fading or even the damage of the leather surface of the bag.

We accept exchange and return of a product only in the case when you received a product other than the one you ordered. The product has to be in the original condition without any traces of its usage.

Your return must be in sellable condition. Open and / or used accessories cannot be returned

During this time, the parcel will either be found and sent to you, or it will be declared as lost. If the parcel is lost, you will be refunded 100% of the order amount. If the parcel is found but delivered late, you will not receive a refund since all terms are not exact but approximate. We cannot affect the operation of the mail service.

If the parcel was returned to us because you did not pick up your parcel, the money is not refundable.

If the product was damaged during its shipment, please provide us with a photo within 3 days from the date of receipt and we will send you a new item or make a refund.
